The Technotherm 3000 is the electrically conductive material of the Technotherm line. The graphite-filled plastic has excellent electrically conductive properties.
Areas of application
Technotherm 3000 (Conductive Hot Mounting Resin) is used wherever high electrical conductivity is required (e.g. in the scanning electron microscope). With Technotherm 3000 tests in the SEM, voltage losses are almost impossible (less than 0.5%).

Application
Curing takes place, depending on the diameter of the embedding cylinder, at:
160 – 180 °C
80 – 90 bar in
11 – 15 minutes
in any commercially available warm embedding press.
